We focus on vacuum technology, ceramic technology, semiconductor equipment components and precision mechanical components. Our main products include ceramic feedthroughs, ceramic-to-metal seals, metallized alumina ceramics, UHV components and bellows.

Ceramic Precision Machining

CNC grinding, turning and milling of fired and green ceramics to ±0.01 mm with surface finishes to N2/N3.

Ceramic Metallization

Thick-film (Mo-Mn), thin-film and active-metal metallization with SEM-verified layer quality.

Ceramic-Metal Brazing

Vacuum and hydrogen brazing of Kovar, stainless steel, copper, molybdenum and titanium to ceramics.

Vacuum Sealing & Treatment

UHV-rated seals with helium leak rates below 1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar·l/s, bakeout-ready assemblies.

Inspection & Traceability

Helium mass-spectrometer leak testing, CMM dimensional inspection and full material traceability.
